⏳ Lead Time: Handcrafted to order. Production time is 15–28 business days + approximately 5-14 business days for transit.
⚠️ Unloading Requirement: This item ships via heavy freight. Crates longer than 92" do not have liftgate access. Customer must have a forklift or a crew of 4-5 people available at the time of delivery to unload.
🔄 Returns: Authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return freight costs to the manufacturer.
❌ Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 14 days of purchase. A $65 fee applies to cancellations made after 14 days.
