Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for our products. If you wish to return an item for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Because our products are handcrafted to order, all non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for return freight costs.

Damaged or Defective Items If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Inspection: Please inspect the crate upon arrival and note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing.

  • Resolution: We will coordinate with the manufacturer to provide replacement parts or repair components for items damaged in transit. We do not offer full product exchanges; we provide the necessary parts to restore the item to "as-new" condition.

Authorized Returns (Exceptions) In the rare event that a return for a non-defective item is authorized by management:

  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the actual cost of return freight shipping to the manufacturer’s facility.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in "as-new" condition.

Order Cancellations

  • Within 14 Days: Cancel free of charge.

  • After 14 Days: A $65 cancellation fee applies.

  • Shipping Deadline: Orders cannot be canceled once they are within 7 days of the scheduled ship date.
