Refund and Return Policy

Effective Date: August 9, 2025

1) Overview

We want you to love your purchase from Prime Wellness Living. If you are not satisfied, the terms below explain how returns and refunds work.

2) Return Window & Condition

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
  • Returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Contact support@primewellnessliving.com for instructions.

3) Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or special-order items
  • Opened personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Any item not in original condition or damaged through misuse

4) Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged/defective or we shipped the wrong item.
  • Where applicable, a restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply for large/heavy items or items requiring inspection—this will be disclosed during the RMA process.

5) Refunds

  • After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping upgrades and White Glove servicing fees (if any) are non-refundable once services are rendered.

6) Damaged/Defective on Arrival

  • Report issues within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
  • We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost to you.

7) Exchanges

For faster processing, return the item (per the policy above) and place a new order for the replacement.

8) How to Start a Return

Email support@primewellnessliving.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if damaged). We’ll provide RMA and next steps.
