Free Shipping Nationwide We offer free curbside freight shipping to the contiguous United States. For shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us for a custom quote.
Delivery Lead Times

Production: Our products are made-to-order. Standard production handling time is 15–28 business days.

Transit: Once shipped, transit time typically takes 5–10 business days.
Customer Unloading Responsibility (Important) All deliveries are Curbside. The trucking company is not responsible for unloading the sauna from the truck.

Crates 92" or Shorter: Can typically be unloaded using the truck's liftgate.

Crates Longer than 92": A liftgate is not available. You must have a forklift, a tilt-tow truck, or a crew of 4–5 people available to unload the crate manually.

Change of Address: A $250 re-consignment fee applies if the shipping address is changed after the item has left the factory.
