Prime Wellness Living curates premium outdoor saunas, cold plunge solutions, and outdoor cedar showers designed to transform your home into a private wellness retreat. Many featured products are built by Dundalk LeisureCraft in Canada.

Setup & Installation

Are the saunas and showers delivered assembled?

Most saunas and showers arrive as ready-to-assemble kits with manufacturer instructions. Cold plunge systems vary—some arrive ready to use, others require simple placement and connections.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

Because our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, we utilize the following estimated timeline to ensure quality:

  • Handling Time: 15–28 business days (Production).
  • Transit Time: 5–14 business days (Freight).
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 20–42 business days.
Am I responsible for unloading the crate?

Yes. Freight deliveries are typically curbside. If a crate is longer than 92", liftgate service is not available and you will need a plan (such as a forklift or extra hands) to unload the unit from the trailer.

Returns & Order Changes

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for unused, unassembled items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

  • Restocking Fee: Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return freight shipping costs.
  • Damages: If your item arrives damaged, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 24 hours.
