Shipping & Delivery Details

🚚 Delivery: Complimentary curbside freight delivery within the contiguous United States.
⏳ Build & Transit Time: Each unit is carefully crafted to order. Typical production time is 15–28 business days, followed by approximately 5–14 business days for freight transit.
⚠️ Delivery & Unloading: This item ships via heavy freight. Crates exceeding 92" in length may not qualify for liftgate service. Customers are responsible for arranging unloading assistance, such as a forklift or a team of 4–5 adults, at the time of delivery.
🔄 Returns: Approved returns, where applicable, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer and are paid directly to the carrier or manufacturer.
❌ Order Changes & Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled at no charge within 14 days of purchase. After this period, a $65 processing fee may apply, and cancellations may be limited once production begins.
